Notice: Treasure Data Trust & Security Center Vendor Migration

General

Hi,

Thank you for subscribing to Treasure Data’s Trust & Security Center.

In the coming days, we will be transitioning our Trust & Security Center to a new vendor. The portal address will remain the same at https://trust.treasuredata.com/

Access to documents and reports will remain unchanged. You will continue to be able to view and download documents without an account while certain documents will still require an access request, as they do today.

Please note one temporary change related to this transition: when the new Trust & Security Center launches, the email subscription feature will temporarily be unavailable. This means you will no longer receive automatic email updates about new or updated content. We are actively working with our new vendor to restore this subscription capability in the near future.

In the interim, we encourage you to check the Trust & Security Center periodically for the latest content and updates.

We appreciate your understanding and continued interest in Treasure Data’s security and compliance program, and we hope the new Trust & Security Center will continue to provide the information you need to evaluate our security controls and how we protect our customers’ data.

Thank you,
Treasure Data Trust & Assurance Team
